CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Please note as I am an independent therapist and have other clients bookings to consider. If you need to reschedule for any reason please let me know in as much advance as possible and I will try to accommodate, I understand sometimes these things are unavoidable.
Block bookings are payable on or before the first session to qualify for the discount. Once paid these are non refundable.
