What is the best time for relaxing soundbath? I'm not sure if I can provide a definitive answer to this. However, I believe Friday evening is an excellent time for unwinding. Please come and join me for a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath at Grace Hill Studios in Folkestone. Every second Friday evening I will envelop you in healing sounds and vibrations created by crystal bowls and therapeutic percussion.
